Welcome to The Saddle Stitch (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Products

We sell digital download products. No physical item will be shipped.

2) Digital Delivery

Digital files are delivered via on-screen download and/or email. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout and to download and save your files.

3) Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except in cases of file defects or delivery errors (see our Return & Refund Policy).

4) Personal Use License

All artwork and files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may:

  • Print the files for your personal use

  • Print as gifts (non-commercial) when reasonable

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the digital files

  • Upload files to sharing sites or print-on-demand marketplaces

  • Use the artwork commercially, including for products, marketing, or branding

  • Claim the artwork as your own

5) Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork, designs, text, graphics, and files, is owned by The Saddle Stitch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchase does not transfer ownership.

6) Account, Checkout, and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

7) Accuracy of Information

We do our best to display product details and previews accurately. Colors and print results can vary depending on monitor settings, printer settings, paper type, and ink.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Saddle Stitch shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Saddle Stitch from any claims arising out of misuse of the files or violation of these Terms.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
