Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
The Saddle Stitch sells digital products delivered via instant download. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions / We’ll Help If:
If you experience any of the following, please contact us at hello@thesaddlestitch.com and we will help promptly:

• The download link isn’t working

• The file is corrupted

• You received the wrong file

• The file won’t open or prints incorrectly due to a file error

Printing Issues
Refunds are not provided for printing results that vary by printer, paper choice, ink, or print settings. We’re happy to provide printing tips and recommendations if you reach out.
